Booking terms

  • Cash or bank transfer accepted

  • Booking by telephone or email

  • Cancellations policy is as follows

    • Cancellations and rescheduling made with more than 24hrs notice incur no fee.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice incur a fee of 50% of the booked treatment price - rescheduling may be possible dependant on availability.

    • Same day cancellations and rescheduling will be subject to a fee of the full treatment price (can be waived or reduced on discretion).
